2. Service Delivery & Line Allocation

Subscriptions are provisioned as digital credentials delivered electronically via WhatsApp or email. Each pass grants access for the exact duration purchased (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and concurrent screen allowance (1 to 5 connections).

• Concurrent Device Limit: Streaming on more simultaneous screens than permitted by your plan will trigger an automatic line lock to prevent unauthorized re-streaming.
• Zero Recurring Auto-Billing: All passes are strictly prepaid. No recurring credit card charges occur without explicit manual renewal.

3. Bandwidth & Network Requirements

To maintain 0.18s zapping velocity and bufferless 4K UHD 60FPS playback, a stable internet connection with minimum sustained download speeds of 25 Mbps (for 4K streams) or 15 Mbps (for FHD streams) is required.

4. Prohibited Commercial Redistribution

Retail subscription lines are licensed solely for private, non-commercial household viewing. Restreaming, re-broadcasting in public commercial venues, or redistributing our feeds without an authorized Wholesale Reseller Agreement is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy
