PRIVACY POLICY Zero Logs Philosophy

1. Information We Collect

At Xtreme HD TV, privacy is engineered into our core delivery infrastructure. We only collect the bare minimum data necessary to process your subscription and deliver service access:

• Contact Information: Your WhatsApp telephone number or email address to deliver your M3U and Xtream Codes credentials.
• Account Identifiers: Randomly generated alphanumeric usernames and encrypted passwords assigned to your active connection line.
• Device MAC Address (Optional): If you choose MAG Box or Smart TV portal activation, we record only the hardware MAC identifier required for connection routing.

2. Zero-Logs Streaming Architecture

Our network routing servers do not maintain logs of user activity. Specifically:

• We never record what live channels, movies, sports, or series you stream.
• We never log DNS query destinations or IP access histories beyond active connection counts.
• We never install trackers, beacons, or third-party analytic spyware on client applications.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

All transactions are processed through end-to-end encrypted gateways. Xtreme HD TV does not store, process, or have access to full credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Inactive account credentials and associated contact numbers are automatically purged from our line provisioning databases after 90 days of continuous non-renewal, unless you request immediate deletion sooner.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to request full disclosure of any data associated with your contact profile or request immediate purging of your customer record at any time by messaging our concierge desk.
